Pay your Band Fair Share via cash, check, or credit card

Our band runs on YOUR contributions! Marching band is an extra curricular activity and does not receive any money from the school or school board for competition fees, transportation costs, special instructors, music and show expenses, and so forth. If these costs are not paid, our children will not have a band program to participate in. Our board believes in transparency and accountability in regards to the budget; we will make it available to all parents as soon as it is finalized for the year. Fair Share for the 2017 show is $450.00 with a $50.00 discount if paid by August 10th, the last day of band camp and our first parent meeting for the year.

States Fees

NOTE: State Fees are separate, are NOT part of Fair Share, and will be determined in October. Fees listed below are for comparison purposes only and will not necessarily be the exact amount charged for this season.

• Student fee for States last year: $175.00
• Chaperone fee last year: $175.00, spouse $100.00, child $75.00
• Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted in the band room after practices or via snail mail (see below for info) or via the Paypal Purchases link in the side bar
• The band banquet will no longer be included in the regular fair share amount. This will be a separate charge at the end of the year, usually $50.00 or less.
• If you are financially unable to meet these obligations please contact either Mr. Tracey, Kim Schnitzius, or Debbie Ehrlich to make other arrangements. Our board is making efforts to start a scholarship fund for students on free or reduced lunch who are unable to pay. We are also offering parents individual fundraising opportunities, such as working at BB&T Center and our car washes, to raise the money to meet Fair Share. We will work with you if you will work with us!!!
